The general conditions of bynouck.com apply to all deliveries. When you order, you indicate that you agree with these conditions.

ByNouck.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
The Agreement will be subject to those Conditions that were published on the website at the time of concluding the agreement.

Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.

ORDER

The order is processed after an order has been placed with us via the website. The agreement becomes effective when you place the order by clicking the button: place order. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive an e-mail, the order will still remain in effect.

ORDER AMOUNT

The minimum order amount is 15 euros per delivery.

PRICES

All prices are including 21% VAT and in euros. Prices can be adjusted and applied from the moment of publication on the site. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been made.

OFFERS

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. Bynouck.com cannot be held to an offer or price if you could have reasonably understood it to be a typographical error.

WARRANTIES

Bynouck.com guarantees that the articles meet the specifications as stated on the website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can find all of our payment options on our website below or in our checkout section.

GIFTCARD

The value can be used as payment toward orders from our online and brandstores. Our customers receive a special and unique code towards e-mail or written on a designed card. The code can be used at the checkout to redeem its value.

* Please note that you can't buy a gift card with a discount code. You can redeem your gift card in the payment section of your order. Apply the code in the Gift Card box and push the arrow button. You can use your gift card as a payment method and combine it with a discount code* by using the same box.
* You can use a maximum of 1 Gift Card and 1 discount code
* A gift card cannot be redeemed for contact money
* The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue

We ship worldwide.

The shipping costs of orders by individuals in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, UK, France and rest of the world I* are free over € 100,- | Track and Trace code included.
Orders to the rest of the world II* are free over €150,-

DELIVERY

Orders can be guaranteed by the mailbox if it meets the requirements that PostNL sets to letterboxes. It means that the free opening of the slot must be at least 265 mm long and 33 mm wide. If there is a space behind the insertion slot where the post may fall, its dimensions must be at least 270 mm x 150 mm x 380 mm (W x H x D).
It is possible that the order is delivered in multiple packages so that they can be delivered at home. In case the mailbox is full or too small, the order can be forwarded to a pick up point or returned to the sender. Please keep a close eye on your tracking details to follow your delivery.

Eligibility: The discount code is applicable to eligible products or categories as mentioned in the promotional offer and here. Some exclusions may apply, such as clearance items/items that are already in sale or certain collections. 

Please note that our discount codes cannot be applied to the following items: gift wrapping, extra gift pouch, collection box, gift box, gift cards and sample sale products.

Usage: The discount code can typically be used once per customer or per transaction, unless otherwise specified. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated.

Redemption: To avail the discount, enter the code during the checkout process on our website. Please ensure the code is entered correctly, as codes are case-sensitive.

Non-refundable: Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. They are valid only for new purchases made during the promotional period.

No Cash Value: Discount codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They are solely intended for use as a promotional offer on eligible products.

RETURN SHIPMENTS

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery at your own expense (usually via normal letter mail with just some stamps). An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for a voucher code or a refund. Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces unfortunately cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

All our engraved jewelry is personalized and has its own unique character. This type of product is not eligible for return. If a mistake was made during the production process of our jewelry, we will of course look for an appropriate solution together. In this case or for further information about returns, please contact our Customer support team.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind. We recommend that you send your return with tracking or other proof of shipment, in case your package is lost in transit.

After purchase, there is a 6-month warranty period. When this period has expired, we can no longer tell whether a damage was caused by a production defect or personal use.

But we take our quality very seriously and want to guarantee that each problem is looked at individually. Please contact our Customer support team in case of any questions about or issues with your jewelry.

No photograph may be reproduced and / or published, by means of print, photocopy, photo from photo, microfilm, digital or in any other way without prior written permission from bynouck.com
If you use any photo from this website without prior written permission, you will be ordered to discontinue the use and a claim will be submitted to you.

LIABILITY

For direct or indirect damage caused by an article supplied by us, the liability is limited to an amount equal to the selling price of the relevant article

FORCE MAJEURE

If bynouck.com can not fulfill its obligations due to force majeure then the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. After 30 days the buyer and / or seller have the right to dissolve the agreement, without the right to compensation. Force majeure means: all shortcomings that bynouck.com can not be charged.
