ORDER

The order is processed after an order has been placed with us via the website. The agreement becomes effective when you place the order by clicking the button: place order. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive an e-mail, the order will still remain in effect.

ORDER AMOUNT

The minimum order amount is 15 euros per delivery.

PRICES

All prices are including 21% VAT and in euros. Prices can be adjusted and apply from the moment of publication on the site. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been made.

OFFERS

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. bynouck.com Can not be held to an offer if you could have reasonably understood that it is a typo or typo error.

WARRANTIES

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs of orders by individuals / retail are free .

The shipping costs for companies are free from € 350,- .

The shipping costs depend on the rates per country.

DELIVERY

Orders can be guaranteed by the mailbox if it meets the requirements that PostNL sets to letterboxes. It means that the free opening of the slot must be at least 265 mm long and 33 mm wide. If there is a space behind the insertion slot where the post may fall, its dimensions must be at least 270 mm x 150 mm x 380 mm (W x H x D).
It is possible that the order is delivered in multiple packages so that they can be delivered at home.
Orders outside the Netherlands are sent by parcel post, unless the order fits into one letterbox package.

DELIVERY TIME

Retail customer

Your order will be prepared for you after receiving the payment (1 to 2 days after you have transferred the amount). The pre-orders and special products are delivered as quickly as possible and have a maximum delivery time of one month. Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. We are not responsible for delays by PostNL or any other Post service.

We ship internationally by PostNL. The international delivery duration varies per country. You can check them here. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

We handle standard free flat rate shipping (flat-rate shipping is not traceable).

Wholesale customer

Your order will be prepared for you after receiving the payment (1 to 2 days after you have transferred the amount). After 2 max 3 weeks your order will be shipped.

We ship your package internationally by PostNL. The international delivery duration varies per country. You can check them here. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

CHECK DELIVERED ARTICLES

After receipt of the package you must check whether the items are in accordance with the order. If that is not the case, you must inform Bynouck.com of this within 7 working days of receipt. See the conditions under return shipments or exchanges. If Bynouck.com has not received notice within these 7 working days, we have fulfilled our obligations to deliver.
If an article indeed does not comply with the agreement, Bynouck.com can take back the article and you will receive a voucher for the item amount. You can use the voucher with your next order. In this case, the costs for return are paid by Bynouck.com.

RETURN SHIPMENTS OR EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with one or more of the ordered items, you can return the article or articles. Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. You can only return the item or items if the item is undamaged and unworn. The delivery note must be enclosed. You must return the return shipment sufficiently franked. You may exchange the item for the same amount.
